The guiding mission of the Student Ambassador Program is to cultivate a campus culture of academic support, engagement, and excellence. As student leaders, TCC Student Ambassadors serve as positive role models, help new and prospective students feel more connected to the college community, build awareness of college services and programs, support student leadership growth, and reach out to the grater community.
Roles and Responsibilities
Students assist with campus-wide recruitment, orientation, registration, and enrollment. They also participate in a variety of events, including:
- Attending student leadership training and team building workshops
- Representing the college during college fairs, career fairs, school visits, graduation, and other informational programs
- Serving as tour guides for prospective students and the community
- Answering any questions prospective students and parents may have about academic programs, student activities, and campus life
